Patriot Memory is entering the network attached storage (NAS) market with the introduction of the Corza server. As the number of users on the typical home network continues to grow and the resultant explosion in amount of data that goes along with that Patriot expects home network storage devices such as the Corza to become a mainstream consumer product. The Corza can hold up to two hard drives for a total of 4TB of storage (2x2TB). It come with a gigabit Ethernet connection and supports RAID 0 and RAID 1 volumes along with JBOD configurations. Patriot claims the unit can stream three HD movies simultaneously and with perfect video and sound. With its built-in FTP server your files can be accessed from any Internet connection. Patriot has yet provided any details on CPU or memory size used in the Corza but we look forward to getting additional details including pricing and availability in the future.
