Microsoft Preps First JavaOne Keynote
Even though Sun and Microsoft have had their share of disputes in the past with using Java , the two companies are now teaming up to have Microsoft give a keynote at the JavaOne conference. The conference, which will be held in San Francisco next month, has been visited by Microsoft for the last couple of years, but will now have the company be on the stage this time presenting. Sun and Microsoft are both wanting to interoperate Java with the .NET programming environment. The vice president of strategic and emerging business development, Dan'l Lewin, will be making the announcement of how they plan to do this at the JavaOne meeting.
