Corsair Dominator GT 2000MHz Now Fastest Intel XMP Certified Memory

Today Corsair announced its Dominator GT 2000MHz 6GB memory kit has achieved XMP-Ready certification for Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition processors. This achievement makes it the fastest memory yet to become certified. The 6GB Dominator GT 2000MHz CAS 8 (TR3X6G2000C8GTF) is qualified and guaranteed to run at a frequency of 2000MHz. With tight timings of 8-8-8-24 at a voltage of 1.65V, the TR3X6G2000C8GTF is the highest performing DDR3 modules currently offered by Corsair. The Dominator GT lineup features Corsair's patent-pending DHX+ (Dual-path Heat eXchange) heatsink which cool both sides of the memory chips for greater reliability and overclocking potential. Each kit comes standard with an Airflow fan and the heatsink fins can be removed in order to fit other Dominator GT cooling options such as a waterblock or thermoelectric cooler. Corsair is offering the modules at an MSRP of $379.99US with immediate availability.
