Thermaltake has unveiled its newest chassis in the Element Series: the mid-tower Element T (VK90001N2Z). The Element T is designed specifically for the professional gamer according to Thermaltake. The new case measures 18.9 x 8.3 x 20.7 inches (HxWxD) and weighs in at a modest 15.32 pounds. Also included are the mainstays including a I/O panel with one audio and two USB ports, three external 5.25" bays, a security lock for peripherals and tool-less installation for drives and expansion cards. A 120mm Turbo fan running @ 1400 RPM is located at the back of the case, while a silent 14dB 200mm fan @ 800RPM cools the front. It is also possible to add a 120mm/230mm fan onto the side panel and another 120/140/200mm model to the front. It looks like the trend of gaming and LAN party cases is catching on, but only time will tell if the Element T can stack up to similar cases like the CoolerMaster Sniper and Storm. Thermaltake have not yet announced any details on availability or pricing.
