Aluminum Netbook Comes to Life

ASUS, maker of the very popular Eee PC, is now making a new revised model that is incased inside of an aluminum body. This move will shave off just fifty grams of the original weight, and also seems that it will not cost more than the original model. This older model is the 1002HA, but the new aluminum model will be labeled as the 1002HAE, and the only difference will be a upgraded central processing unit, an Atom N280. As of now, the release is only being offered in Japan, but hopefully more countries will be able to get ahold of the new ASUS netbook in due time.
