Patriot Joins the 'Big Boys' with 2000MHz Vipers

Patriot Memory has announced that its Tri-Channel Viper kits will be available in a 2000MHz version. The 2000MHz flavour will come in a 6GB (3x2GB) kit with CAS Latencies of 8-8-8-24 and eat up a hungry 1.65 volts. The new kit will be bundled with Patriot's signature sky-blue ACC (Aluminum Copper Composite) heat-spreaders and a lifetime warranty. This move is long overdue as other companies such as OCZ have released 2000MHz Tri-channel kits months ago, but Patriot fans will surely be happy. Patriot have not released any details about availability or pricing, but I'd expect the kits to retail in line with other 2000MHz kits.
