Apple Cuts Workers

Though companies have not reportedly been making too many cuts recently, some are still shifting workforce numbers in order to keep themselves afloat. Apple, who seems to be doing very well right now according to the holiday earnings, has cut some workers of its own however. This number comes to a total of ten percent of its retail workers that stay on the job full-time. It seems as if Apple is cutting its workers in order to save itself from having to close down multiple retail stores it has located in the United States. If that did happen, the company might receive less business, since it is one of the only computer manufacturers to offer such a place for consumers. Overall though, it looks as if this move was the right one to take.
