Lian Li has announced its newest chassis, the PC-P50. The PC-P50 is targeted at gamers with high performance rigs, features an all aluminum body, and includes four fans (one 120mm fan in the front, one 120mm fan in the rear and two top-mounted, 140mm vibration-reduced fans) for cooler components. The PC-P50 is designed for user convenience with tool-free installation mechanisms, including tool-less hard drive and optical bays, tool-less PCI slots and a revolutionary PSU bracket that allows the PSU to be secured with no time-consuming screws. The case supports nine 5.25" optical drives, one external 3.5" bay and four internal 3.5" bays. The PC-P50 can support ATX and Micro-ATX form factor motherboards and has eight PCI expansion slots for a huge array of upgrade options. In true Lian Li style, the chassis also has a flame retardant vent built into the case to prevent flames from escaping the case should something go wrong, such as a short circuit. The PC-P50 measures 210x490x490mm (WxHxD) and looks like a great addition to the Lian Li family. The PC-P50 will have a MSRP of US$170+VAT and should be available at local distributors by the end of May.
