Microsoft has been selling items for its Xbox LIVE service for a while now, and users of the Xbox Marketplace have been able to purchase games, videos, and movies online and through the console interface. Since the availability of these options, Microsoft is the only company and website to offer such a place to buy these items. Now however, Amazon has teamed up with the company to also provide the same style service that is being brought right now to customers of Xbox LIVE through their website. Once the customer buys a game through the online store, an email is sent out to the inbox of that user as well as the Xbox Your Games & Software Library, with a download code. Amazon, who has become a large distributor of digital content through its music sales, is now selling over 100 titles in the form of various Xbox games.
