Skype Coming to an iPhone and Blackberry Near You

Skype is planning to announce a new app for the iPhone and Blackberry this Tuesday. The iTunes version will be available the same day, while Blackberry users will have to wait till May. The VoIP service will allow free calls to all Skype users, and will be free to download. Since January of this year, Skype has already been available on Android based phones. Skype hopes to one day connect all of the devices it is found on through video communications. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see why you would need an app to make phone calls on a cell phone.
