Mushkin, widely known for their high performance memory have decided to start GPU manufacturing again. Joining the green camp once more, Mushkin have already designed the GTX 260 and GTX 285, although they are using the stock cooler, they have put some artwork onto the cooler to make it look more appealing. No specifications as of so far, and Muskin have yet to announce anything, while the specifications of the cards are unknown they shouldn't be anything too 'out of this world'.

I don't understand the negative tone to this post. Mushkin makes outstanding memory products, and a pretty darn good PSU, too. Mushkin's customer service and warranty support are on par w/the best in the industry. there's no reason to think that they will release anything less than an exceptional video card...

Well, it should be like the other overclocked cards, because it is using the reference cooler, while larger companies use better cooling...so it won't be anything exceptional.

I didn't read what MrAlex originally wrote, but I agree with you. I bought a Mushkin 650W PSU a little over a year ago after recommendations from this site, and couldn't be more happy. No, Mushkin may not be offering anything "new", but it's a good start, and the more competition the better.

The tone is negative because even though they're a kickass company they're playing it way too safe with the GPU's.

I've edited the article to make it less negative. Sorry for any inconvenience. "they have put some artwork onto the cooler to make it look more appealing"

razor, +1. I have been buying Mushkin memory for years and only had 1 issue way after the install and Mushkin not only replaced them but doubled my memory:-) I for one look forward to the Mushkin GPU.
