DDR2 is still quite popular, and is dirt cheap (another reason why it is so popular). GeIL has now released some new 'Green' DDR2 RAM, 0.2v lower than the standard 1.8v required for DDR2 memory. GeIL has also gone the extra mile to use recycled paper pulp for the packaging as well! The speeds are not to be laughed at, ranging from 667Mhz to 1066Mhz, which offers a large enough choice for anyone wanting to use DDR2 RAM.
