Google not looking to acquire Twitter

Google's Eric Schmidt has put the rumors regarding their acquisition of Twitter to rest. Google is not currently looking to acquire any companies, but will when the time is right. Schmidt went on to state that he was impressed with what Twitter has accomplished, while saying that its service could still use some improvements. Twitter has already turned down a half billion dollar offer from Facebook, so you can only wonder what they feel they are worth.
