That title might be a little misleading, as the twenty cores in question belong to five Core 2 Quad Q9400 processors running on mini-ITX motherboards. What is impressive is that these still fit inside one case (even if it does happen to be the spacious ATCS 840) and are powered with a single power supply. The PSU in question is Coolmaster's own M1000W, which powers along the five systems, as well as equal numbers of optical and hard drives. You can also throw 5 water pumps and a radiator into that mix. Possibly the most impressive thing about the setup is the cable management job required to get all of that kit into one chassis while still pulling off a neat appearance.
