The Windows Team Blog announced yesterday that they have extended the deadline for downloading the Windows 7 public beta by nearly two weeks. If you've not already downloaded the beta operating system, you still have until February 10th to start your download and until February 12th to complete the download. If you've downloaded the beta, but not yet gotten your Windows 7 key, you may continue to do so even after the February 10th deadline.

This is only for the public beta, and does not apply to MSDN or Microsoft TechNet subscribers. MSDN/TechNet members will continue to have access to Windows 7 beta(s) throughout the remaining beta process.

Already got the beta? Share your thoughts and feelings about Windows 7 with the community. Aside from some issues with drivers, the general feeling from members in the forum so far is that Windows 7 is turning out to be a rather fast and decent operating system.
