Xbox 360 Sells Better Than PlayStation 3

According to Microsoft, its own Xbox 360 console has sold over eight million more units than the Sony PlayStation 3. Worldwide, this brings the total number of Xbox 360 units purchased to a total of twenty-eight million. While it is outselling the Sony console in the United States, the Xbox 360 is also selling more units in the United Kingdom, by a margin of one million units. The Nintendo Wii however is outselling both of these next generation consoles, since in the United Kingdom alone it has sold three million units, and the United States has seen a staggering number of over ten million units as well.
