Windows 7 Beta Now Available For Public Download

After the overwhelming demand for the Windows 7 Beta and the subsequent suspension of the download, Microsoft seems to have restructured its servers and made the beta available again over the weekend. Due to the heavy demand for the beta, Microsoft has also lifted the 2.5 million cap it had put on the number of keys available through January 24. After that date, any copies downloaded beyond the 2.5 million will be limited to a 30-day trial. Microsoft has also said the beta is feature complete which indicates there should not be any major changes in the functionality of the operating system from what testers see in the beta.
