AMD's HD 4830 graphics card sits at the low end of the 4800 series lineup, yet shares the same RV770 core with its HD 4850 bigger brother. The MSI Radeon HD 4830 512MB OC Edition is a factory overclocked version (reviewed by OCC here) that manages to hang with its siblings, especially at lower resolutions.
