The Entertainment Software Association has lost yet another member of its group, NCSoft. The game developer is a Korea-based parent company of the American NC Interactive, and has been a partner of the group for some time. It is most likely that NCSoft is leaving the ESA due to rough financial times, as members of the association face a premium to be a member of the group. Multiple publishers have recently left the association, such as Activision, LucasArts, and even id Software. Since the ESA started at the beginning of 2008, it has lost a total of seven members, which accounts for about twenty-five percent of the total companies it has under its belt.
