For many people, traveling with a laptop is the norm. Whether for work or pleasure, your laptop most likely contains personal and/or confidential information, so you probably don't want someone going through it. As it stands now, airport security can go through your laptop, camera and other electronic devices for no reason at all. In fact, they can confiscate the devices for hours, days, or even weeks at a time. Sound unreasonable? Several politicians agree and as such, there are several bills circulating around Congress trying to address the issue. The bills aren't trying to end the searches, but they are at least trying to restrict them.
