When Motorola first introduced the RAZR, many people adopted the cellular device because of its style and affordability at the time. This began the three years of Motorola success in the mobile phone market. Now though, the Apple 3G iPhone has had so many sales that it recently surpassed the RAZR in popularity among American adults in the third quarter of this year. Many consumers seem to be purchasing phones, such as the iPhone, that are more Internet capable, and can do more things than the everyday voice communications device can. The iPhone is now in first for popularity, following the Motorola RAZR, the BlackBerry Curve, the LG Rumor, and lastly the LG enV2.
