Fujitsu Siemens To Become Plain Old Fujitsu

Fujitsu will be aquiring Siemens AG's fifty percent share in the combined company, providing it gets the go ahead from the government. The partnership started back in 1999 and should be dissolved by next April, providing everything goes smoothly. The cost to Fujitsu for the move is in the region of $580 million, but I'm guessing you aren't particularly interested, are you?
