Angry Nvidia share holder Lisa Miller has filed suit against the GPU manufacturer on behalf of shareholders and customers. She claims that Nvidia knew about the faulty units as far as a year back, and that the information was withheld from shareholders. Alleging that anyone who purchased stock between November 8th 2007 and July 2nd of 2008 were misinformed.
