Hardware review sites (such as ourselves) spend a considerable amount of time and effort sourcing products and tinkering around with them so you, the buying public don't have to. This might include getting photographs of the inside of a power supply or the GPU die of a graphics card that may essentially void a warranty in the eyes of the manufacturers. It's also a widely accepted practise to identify and credit any content which may have been pulled from other sources for a review, which is why you will notice all sites will include a watermark of their logo in any product photography. The 3DGameMan site was recenty accused of breaking this code of practise, by using imagery from a Hardware Canucks HD 4870 review in its own HIS HD 4870 video review without permission or proper credit. Suspicion was originally raised in the Hardware Canucks forums and has since been discussed by other concerned parties. In the interest of fairness we have asked 3DGameMan to comment on the supposed plagiarism, but have yet to get a reply. We'll leave the verdict up to you for now.
