Beck Heck, creator of numerous impressive mods, including recently a laptop version of the PS3 console, has got together with eDimensional to create a the Access Controller. It is a games controller with an intruiging modular design that claims to enable one handed operation, which would be helpful for those that are impaired or simply like to drink coffee while despatching another wave of evil aliens. Accessible design (at least in the ergonomics field) can be hard pushed to be beautiful, and I think I can safely say that Access Controller falls into this category as well. What matters is if it actually works as intended. If it does then the $129.99 asking price doesn't seem quite so steep.
