Asus has long been known as a global leader in top-tier motherboards, and has also garnered critical acclaim and realized tremendous success from recent forays into the personal tech market - but now we're going to talk about a worthy addition to Asus' motherboard stable. The Asus P5E3 Premium WiFi-AP@n motherboard was clearly designed from the ground up to provide incredible performance and flexibility to the PC enthusiast - with out of the box support for Intel's next-gen 45nm CPU's, DDR3 memory at speeds up to DDR3-2000, and PCI-E 2.0 compliant expansion slots capable of Crossfire multi-GPU graphics configurations. Beyond those impressive features, the P5E3 Premium Wi-Fi@n sports multi-phase power regulation for the CPU, RAM, and Northbridge, Asus' "Stack Cool" motherboard cooling system - featuring all-copper heat pipes that cover the Northbridge, Southbridge, and voltage regulation circuits - and, as its name implies, this motherboard can act as a whole-house IEEE 802.11n Wi-Fi distribution hub. Oh yeah, it's a solid overclocker, too - as proven by its ability to easily take an Intel Q6600 to a stable 3.76 GHz on lower than normal voltage. To be honest, I could list all of the truly incredible specifics of the Asus P5E3 Premium Wi-Fi@n until I was blue in the face - but I think a better solution for all involved would be to take a look at OCC's review of this feature-rich motherboard.
