First amendment covers anonymous posting

Dailytech - I have good news for all of you anonymous forum posters and trolls, the First Amendment now covers anything you say. A judge in California has now ruled that posting anonymously on the internet no mater how slanderous is now covered under the Constitution. I see two things happening with this: One a lot more spam is going to posted on the internet and there is nothing the legal system can do to punish them, that will be left to the forum operators. Two I see this having some unforeseen consequences such as allowing the anonymity of certain "groups" to be withheld. I'm sure a lot of "groups" are quite happy about this decision because it is a pathway to how many on the internet believe it should be anyway.
