With the support of Abit, Intel and Seasonic, the "China Ultimate OC Competition" was conducted from the 25th of September for 42 days. Out of all the entries, 10 people were chosen to fight out the overclocking battle in Beijing, which was won by Bing Cheng Deng from Canton. He pushed the FSB of an Intel E6550 to 660MHz using an Abit IP35-Pro board, a increasingly popular choice amongst overclockers. Later he also put an Intel QX6800 chip into that IP35-Pro board, eventually breaking the world record with 5472MHz. Attached you will find two screenshots showing these clocks.
