Daily Tech - As we all know, Apple has been hard at work to lock the iPhone and iPod Touch from being hacked for use with third party software and other service providers. Many consumers who have tried to hack the iPhone and bricked them are being told by Apple to simply "buy a new phone." As you might imagine, this isn't going over well. Apple has found itself blasted by two seperate lawsuits seeking class action status. Both suits, based out of California, accuse Apple of using unfair, monopolistic business practices thereby violating many state laws. The two firms do not know as of yet how many people will join in on the lawsuit, but they are predicting "in the millions." I won't hold my breath.
