Microsoft has confirmed what has been rumoured recently, announcing that its Xbox 360 will soon come bundled with two games at now extra cost. The games in question are Forza Motorsport 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance, both high profile titles which should give gamers more reason to grab a console in this upcoming 4th Quarter. The games will come bundled with both the Premium and Elite versions of the console, which retail at $350 and $450 respectively.

Other good news for potential Xbox owners is that the new cooler-running 65 nanometer Falcon CPUs have been showing up in Halo 3 special edition consoles, which suggests they will likely hit other models in the near future. Microsoft is certainly pushing the console for the run up to Christmas, and will surely hope that these recent moves, along with the release of Halo 3 will nudge the console towards profitability, something it hasn't achieved thus far.
