the Inquirer - Futuremark announced today that it is working on a new version of it's PC benchmarking software, PCMark. The new version will be named "Vantage", the new release will work only with Vista, but will offer both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The minimum specs required to run the new benchmark, 1GB of RAM and a minimum of a 3GHz Intel P4 processor. A gaming test will be included which recommends at least 256MB of graphics RAM. No official release date was mentioned.
