[H] - "For some reason people like to associate the terms “great game” with “perfect” and then feel compelled to grade the game accordingly with a perfect 10 score. A great game does not have to be perfect and Gears of War is just that, a good example of a great game. Epic set out to raise the bar and I believe they did just that. Most of the things that make Gears of War a great game are total “why didn’t I think of that” kind of forehead smackers."
