This is my first build, I modded it with some help from my dad. We removed the front metal grill that the Super Lanboy has, than I just put all the wires inside some Car Tubing Stuff.

Holy sh1t.... Take off some of the "car tubing" and hide the un tubed wire slack behind the motherboard plate. ( Take off the left side of the case. ) Put wires in the drive bay area, behind the metal. Gives it a cleaner look with imporved airflow.

the superlanboy is am amazing case for hiding wires, I worked withone a week or so ago, almost all wires were hidden

MANY wires can be hidden ontop of that cd rom drive

yeah, work on your wires, that loom just makes everything worse. Get some pictures with the sidepanel off and in the light, maybe we can help you more.
