gotdamojo06 commented on 2007-01-07 22:00:00 that: Not a bad idea, I have always like the look of my subwoofer box, never thought of modding it into a computer case, at least there is some good room inside of it, lol...I would only suggest putting a window on the top of the box or something to look down inside. Also how do you have it set up to be able to get inside of the box if you want to replace something? gotdamojo06 commented on 2007-01-07 22:00:00 that: never mind about the how to get inside question...after looking at this picture, I can tell that you put some hinges on the top of the box, couldnt see them that well in the pictures on here at occ... http://medlem.spray.se/sl1Ce/cube/055-datorbygge.jpg airman commented on 2006-01-02 22:00:00 that: nice =) i like how you used that carpeting stuff for the exterior. almondboy72 commented on 2004-10-21 22:00:00 that: wire manegment around you tabel no just kidding! good job man! Bionix commented on 2004-10-20 22:00:00 that: looks nice, congrats! my only concern is how high the temps must be on that prescott in a wood box. sandman1485 commented on 2004-10-20 22:00:00 that: With such insane hardware, where are the RAID 0 Raptors? sliCeCube commented on 2004-10-20 22:00:00 that: Bionix: ty! after two hours of playing Morrowind at 1280x960, cpu is @ 41-42 C. avg idle temp is 36-38. The only thing that gets REALLY warm is my psu :/ might be because its so close to the top. Thinking about modding it with a fan on top. lost: (: its a special carpet for putting on homemade speakerboxes. The trickies part of making the box was gettin this to look good around corners and in round fan-holes! |
