Info:

the rig is finaly done. went with danger den water blocks 1/2 inch tubing blackice radiator with 4 120mm fans push and pull. we had a problem with the chipset on the asus main board. the clasps to hold the water block on to the chip broke off and it fried the video card. we decided to replace the motherboard and video card. Asus p4c800e and raedon 9800 pro. upgraded to ocz ram. we were able to overclock to 4ghz at temps of no more than 80F'. If you are planning a danger den water cooling project be really carefull of the chipset waterblock clasps. if they break your f++ked. i shortened the springs to relieve some of the pressure of the board. i wasnt going to risk the same result again. so far the chipset is mounted well and the rig is running cool and quiet. if you look closeley at these old pics you can see what im talking about. we replaced the board so the images are of the older board.

1/2 od tygon. more pics will come later when i get some extra time. i need to work so i can build the same for me. tweakman is a lucky duck. no problems with chipset as of yet thank god... he is getting great results with this setup. almost 4 ghz... thats like really fast and stuff. i can reach 3.5 with air cooling but it gets warm. around 115 loaded and 70 idle Farenheit. he is running at like 80F loaded. so you can see the difference. mine is coming so stay tuned...
