They DO make cases meant to fit in your car incase you didn't. OR you could have just gotten a laptop...

Spaced_bar commented on 2005-05-28 22:00:00 that:
yes, but at the time when i bought the guts, $700 for 2 ghz isnt gonna buy you a laptop, and you cant properly install it on its own anyway

forum7 commented on 2005-05-14 22:00:00 that:
Original but inpractical A laptop will perform the same and you can even take it to the park.

Sheepy commented on 2005-03-16 22:00:00 that:

I got an idea for you to build.Build a typical PC, but everything will be FLAT the only thing that can stick out is the CPU unless you can figure out a way to make that flat as well. I would try and do this myself but, i don't got enough time to do this...so I should pass it on to someone else who can, Have fun!

Spaced_bar commented on 2004-05-30 22:00:00 that:
well, as for the neons, i havnt posted the night time shots. the keys are self backlit, and the case/innards, theres a 8in blue neon. also all the usual lighting refinements like youd find in a tripped out car...

Spaced_bar commented on 2004-05-30 22:00:00 that:
if you want to see a machine in something, tell me, and ill see what i can do about it, im always building wiered 5|-|17. keep your eyes open.

p8baller07 commented on 2004-05-30 22:00:00 that:
Very nice, good idea. I was planning to do something like this to my own car..1 question how did you hook up the sound card to your sound system?

Spaced_bar commented on 2004-05-30 22:00:00 that:
easy, my cd player has a line in, i just went from line out on my sound card and into the cd player... easy, if youve got a tape player, use a cd car kit, with the tape with the wire coming out of it, use the computer as the "cd"player..

Darkhawk_76 commented on 2004-05-29 22:00:00 that:
This is probably the most orginal idea I've seen. I give it a 10 for that alone. Awsome job.

Darkhawk_76 commented on 2004-05-29 22:00:00 that:
Oh and as for the cost of the "case" wouldn't that include the price of the car?lol

RadioActivated commented on 2004-05-29 22:00:00 that:
Very nice ! Thats original. You should Put a LOT of neons in there ..!

RadioActivated commented on 2004-05-29 22:00:00 that:
And yes i agree..that is one expensive case lol
