I give this a 10 have fun Matt McFaul commented on 2003-10-19 22:00:00 that: ooooo its going to be so fun to add a fx51....tear down really isnt that bad since I remill the copper cold plates frequently for corrosion:-) Matt McFaul commented on 2003-08-07 22:00:00 that: lol, thanks guys. Actually there is no waste of money since you cant buy a machine that pulls 21,355 points. Since its an amd based system it really didnt cost me that much to build either...not like I sprung for the 3.2 with raid scsi or anything. Then its always a chassis that I can swap with newer gear which will allow me to saty well ahead of any current retail system out there. Overkill? Not really since its built with a first release 8rga thats what I had to do to get 226+ FSB. Skimp on anything here and its all down hill. I may be popping a 3.2 with a max 3 in there and going for 4.2ghz soon though:-)....and yes I have other systems (many) so I dont consider skimping on this one to afford another....though I did sacrifice a car...hehe:-) NyCUnDaGroUnD commented on 2003-08-07 22:00:00 that: I mean i have never used amd before but i think he prefers AMD and theres nothing wrong about that. But its time to come over to the dark side with a Mach 2, IC7 max3 , and 3.2 ghz setup. But its goin to hel taking apart your system. Will Smith commented on 2003-08-04 22:00:00 that: um don 't u think u went a little overboard there man. i mean world tallest pc there but man u have too much time u could have spent the extra money on a new pc that would go ever faster.- WAste of money in my opinion NyCUnDaGroUnD commented on 2003-08-01 22:00:00 that: its probably worth more then $2000 considering all theose mods he did to it! sYstEmATiC commented on 2003-07-30 22:00:00 that: that thing is awesome...i will buy it for 500 bucks...no j/k i have one question....have u ever taken that thing to a lan party, and if u have what was it like? NyCUnDaGroUnD commented on 2003-07-29 22:00:00 that: Matt INcredible machine man, i thought i had a tall computer. Yurs is stacked like a skyscraper. I bet u put lots of time in that baby.
