Cannot find server: When you get a blank page (white page) that says "Cannot find server" or "Network Problem" most likely all of our servers are full! You should try again later during off peak hours.
Download Accelerators - Do NOT use these. 1. We do not allow them, and you may only download one file at a time anyway. 2. The file that you are downloading may become corrupted.
When downloading, are you returned to the main Download Center page? Disable your software firewall (like: Norton Internet Security) or adjust the settings so that the firewall does not change, block or modify the "referrer" setting. As part of our anti-leech protection, our Download Centerchecks to see where you came from, before allowing you to download a file. If our Download Center cannot see if you actually came from our site, to download a file then you will automatically be sent back to the main Download Center page.
